Our co-founders, Saturnino Fanlo and David Netjes, both bring extensive experience in investment, trading, and derivative markets. Externally managed by KKR Fixed Income, and publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol KFN, we have our roots in the world’s oldest and most experienced private equity firm, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR). Over the last three decades, KKR has completed buyout transactions that are among the most complex in history, yet its investment approach is fundamentally simple: It acquires industry-leading companies and works with management to grow and improve them and thereby create shareholder value. Established in 1976 and led by co-founding members Henry Kravis and George Roberts, KKR has completed over 160 transactions valued at approximately $410 billion.
